Every luxury cottage has:

1. Wonderful views.
2. Either open hearth fireplaces or log burners. Everyone can have a log fire.
3. Comfortable sofas and armchairs with high quality traditional covers.
4. A quality electric shower or thermostatic power shower. (the only exception is Stable Cottage which has a hand held shower and mixer taps- charming sloping ceilings can cause problems!)
5. Dishwashers, fridge-freezers, electric coffee makers, hair-driers, electric steam irons, electric blankets, & washer-driers, and microwave ovens as well as built in cookers - most with fan ovens and ceramic hobs.
6. Quality linen - really soft duvets, cotton sheets, hand & bath towels, tea towels. (Swimming towels & table linen are not provided.) Sheets, blankets & non-allergic pillows available by special request. Because babies often do not like strange bedding, we do not supply cot bedding – only the mattress and cover.
7. Heated towel rails in the bathrooms.
8. Its very own individual private cottage garden with lawn, flower borders, shrubs and climbing plants. High quality garden tables and chairs with a sun umbrella during the summer months.
9. A barbecue - however we do not provide the charcoal.
10. A TV (wide screen in larger cottages), video, DVD and CD player.
11. A smoke detector and a fire extinguisher.
12. A meal service. See separate menu.
13. All electricity and heating included in the price.
14. Good mobile phone reception for most networks – if not yours and you require a phone, we can loan you an Orange mobile.
15. All cottages have either oil fired heating, night storage heating or underfloor heating.
16. Everyone has access to the interenet. We have a cosy information room with sofa and log burner — and wirelss access for guests' own laptops. We also have a guest computer for checking info or the weather etc.

Coombe Farmhouse, Stable cottage and Orchard cottage have wireless connection inside the cottages. We plan to add more cottages this year – watch this space!
