1. Decide which dates or period of the year you would like to come, and the size of your party.
2. Click on the top button with drop down menu for 2009 prices and vacancies.( 2 pages with differnent change over days.)
3. Find a vacancy which could suit you (you can go to "Cottages" above if you want to check the details of an individual cottage – on the "Cottages" page select the type of cottage required from the drop down menu).
4. There is also a slide show of each cottage on the individual cottage pages - so do take a look.
5. To check out details on deposits required, pets, log fires, heating, electricity, arrival and departure times, etc., go to the drop down menu Prices and Vacancies and click on Booking information at the bottom of the list.

You can e mail us if you prefer, but phoning gives an instant answer.


7. We guarantee to hold a telephone reservation for 5 days to allow you time to print off and complete the reservation form and mail it to us with a sterling cheque or your credit or debit card details. You can give us your card details over the telephone if you wish, but we do require a completed booking form as well. We only accept confirmation of a booking by e-mail for short breaks.

We try to answer the 'phone during the daytime and during the evenings up to 10pm.   We like to think we offer a friendly and helpful real person on the end of your telephone line - no recorded messages to press this, that, or the other button - and no annoying music while you wait for half an hour!   We are happy to answer any of your queries and give advice on choosing the ideal cottage or suite for your needs.   However, this is a small family business, the staff in the office, Richard and Ingrid, are part-time, and sometimes we ourselves are out feeding livestock, collecting children, or attending to some other matter!  If you reach our answerphone - please leave a message, leaving clearly your telephone number, the number in your party, and the dates or period of the year that interests you.    We will call you back as soon as we come back indoors - and do our best to answer your queries.
